Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow‑up and clienteling to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and close sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Complete daily retail operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and company retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak season; able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos or social selling is a plus.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using mobile/omni‑channel tools to convert and retain clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
