Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and curated recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping of sales floor and stockroom, and adherence to asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously and sustain professional composure under pressure.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and contribute to team performance.
- Practical experience with POS operation and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Comfortable with social selling: familiarity with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with luxury retail background, clienteling and omni‑channel selling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail/sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
