Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with brand service and styling standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and support inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stock movement).
  • Maintain an organised, visually appealing sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
  • Adapt to busy retail rhythms while managing multiple customers and maintaining professional composure; lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
  • Proven customer‑facing skills with a service and sales orientation; ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
