Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in Omaha, Nebraska. Part-time role delivering luxury client service and omnichannel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with brand standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools, capture client data, and leverage social selling and short-form video to generate demand and sales.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while keeping energy high and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while following asset protection procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) and support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement).
  • Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors professionally.
  • Perform occasional physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending and kneeling as required for stockroom and merchandising duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfort using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media literacy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
