Coach (Penn Square, Oklahoma City) seeks a Temporary Sales Associate — part‑time retail role focused on clienteling and omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and store systems to process transactions, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and stimulate omni‑channel sales.
- Perform daily store operations: inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap duties and asset‑protection procedures.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and safety; lift merchandise (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, participate in brand initiatives and training, and adopt feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video or live‑stream shopping (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency and effective interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and perform physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred and experience with omni‑channel selling or clienteling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
