Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in Central Valley, New York (Woodbury Common). Part-time role, $15.00–$24.25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Cultivate and convert client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Drive individual and store revenue via cross-selling, upselling and targeted client outreach; meet or exceed personal KPIs.
- Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and stock movement; assist colleagues across functional areas to sustain service standards during peak periods.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behaviour accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile selling platforms; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
- Capability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a busy retail environment.
- Strong English proficiency required; additional languages considered an asset.
- Social media literacy and experience with live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium-brand experience and familiarity with social selling or live-stream demonstrations are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, merchandising or customer service is advantageous.
