Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Utilise mobile POS, iPad-based tools, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video/live demonstrations) to capture customer data and facilitate omni-channel purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospects to close sales.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) and support omni-channel fulfilment.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand training initiatives, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and ability to climb, bend and kneel.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and familiarity with mobile POS and iPad-based selling.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of role (regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs).

Experience
