Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain high floor standards: visual merchandising, stockroom organisation, asset protection and compliance with retail policies.
- Source and follow up with new customers; support omni-channel fulfilment such as online order pickups.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and adapt behaviour in response to feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Comfort with social selling formats (live-stream shopping, video demos) and clienteling/data acquisition techniques.
- Professional, calm demeanour with the ability to manage multiple customers in a high‑traffic environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience and demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail training is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taoyuan City, Taoyuan City, Taiwan, with easy access to Taipei.
