Coach Taipei — Sales Associate (part-time). Deliver personalised luxury service, drive sales and clienteling at the Taipei 101 Coach store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omni-channel conversions.
- Execute daily operational tasks — cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising — while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement).
- Maintain a high-energy, well-organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop).
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-streaming for commerce.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated success with omni-channel selling, clienteling and meeting individual sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail training and formal customer‑service education advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
