Coach Sales Associate position in Macao. Drive luxury retail sales, build client relationships, and deliver elevated brand service experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape (preferred)
- Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling techniques (preferred)
- Luxury retail background and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
1+ years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail environments. Experience with fashion trends, competitive analysis, and clienteling practices is advantageous.
Education
No specific formal education requirement stated; a combination of sales experience and relevant retail or fashion background is acceptable.
