Coach Sales Associate position in Taipa, Macao. Deliver elevated shopping experiences, drive sales, and embody the Coach brand as a front-line retail ambassador.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor and stockroom in accordance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment to encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback constructively and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
- Preferred: Luxury retail background, social media expertise, live-stream shopping or video demonstration experience, clienteling and data acquisition skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, fashion product knowledge, and omni-channel selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant retail certifications may be advantageous.
