Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time, Hourly) in Tainan, Taiwan – Brand ambassador role delivering luxury retail experiences with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining alignment with brand positioning
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling consultations, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion guidance tailored to individual needs
- Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations based on customer preferences and inventory
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Source new customers, establish lasting relationships, and execute follow-up protocols to close sales and increase customer lifetime value
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple concurrent customer interactions, and dynamically adapt selling techniques to evolving business requirements
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service excellence standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels in both sales floor and stockroom areas; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions with efficiency and accuracy, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, managing product flow, and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Provide cross-functional support to team members in other operational areas as needed
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and actively encourage peer performance and brand initiatives
- Participate in training programs, brand initiatives, and inclusion activities to support professional development and organizational culture
- Welcome constructive feedback, demonstrate behavioral adaptability, and maintain composure and professionalism in high-volume retail environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends, competitive landscape analysis, and product category expertise
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to accurately read pricing and release documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Social media proficiency, familiarity with live-stream shopping platforms or video demonstration experience, and clienteling expertise (preferred)
- Experience with data acquisition and customer relationship management tools (preferred)

Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
