Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling: operate mobile POS, use clienteling tools, capture client data, and leverage social selling/short-form video to convert and retain customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and the development of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection guidelines while maintaining high energy and professionalism on the floor.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and to capture and use client data for sales conversion.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, short-form video demos, or social selling is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays, and to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments; demonstrated omni-channel selling or social commerce experience is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in retail, fashion, or sales preferred.
