Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Taichung, Taiwan to drive luxury retail sales and customer relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and stockroom maintenance
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage optimal team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
