Coach Sales Associate in Taichung – luxury retail role offering personalized client experiences, sales targets, and omni-channel selling opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on client needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked in accordance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and iPad/laptop operation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with social media platforms, live-stream shopping, or video product demonstrations (preferred)
- Expertise in clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred)
