Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and customer-specific recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while sustaining service excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels in both sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Remain receptive to feedback, adapt professional behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics
  • Experience operating point-of-sale systems and proficiency with basic computer applications (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Demonstrated ability to read price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
