Coach in Taichung seeks a Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales, and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised client experiences through styling advice, product knowledge, and relationship-building to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans aligned with KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash-wrap duties, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation and organisation; support visual merchandising and inventory cycles including receiving shipments and stock movement.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating floor traffic, multitask across multiple customers and welcome feedback while maintaining professional composure.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Familiarity with social media selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail experience, demonstrated sales performance, and familiarity with omni-channel clienteling and social selling are preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taichung, Taichung, Taiwan.
