Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and store systems; process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture customer data and stimulate digital and in‑store conversions.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store programs; provide and act on feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre in a salesfloor and stockroom environment.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success with clienteling, omni‑channel selling and social commerce are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or fashion coursework or vocational training considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
