Coach — Sales Associate (part‑time) in Syracuse, NY at Destiny USA. Deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick‑up/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain a high‑energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to traffic and business needs.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium‑brand retail experience, clienteling expertise and social/video selling experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework in fashion, retail or business is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Syracuse, New York, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
