Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Syracuse, NY (Destiny USA) to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and promote omnichannel conversion.
- Maintain floor energy and service standards while multitasking across customer interactions and operational duties.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Support inventory cycles and asset-protection procedures, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable familiarity with POS operation and basic computer/tablet usage (iPad/laptop).
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform tasks that require climbing, bending, kneeling and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand-facing experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Syracuse, New York, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
