Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and participate in inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset-protection and POS procedures.
- Adapt selling approach to floor traffic and business needs, multitask across customers and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency using Mobile POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling channels preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in sales or retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework preferred.
