Temporary Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Coach, Sunrise, Florida. Deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and drive sales through expert styling and omni-channel engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in high-paced environments

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to read price and release sheets; walkie-talkie use
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Luxury retail background and social media proficiency (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms (preferred)
  • Data acquisition and CRM skills (preferred)

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant professional experience and education may be substituted for formal education requirements.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
