Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Sunrise, Florida. Luxury retail role blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and brand ambassadorship at Sawgrass Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach's guide to style and service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advisory
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans, meeting or exceeding individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked in accordance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment, encouraging peer performance and engagement
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Proficiency with mobile retail technology and ability to interpret pricing and release documentation
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with fashion trends, competitive positioning, and retail operations. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and social media engagement is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant sales or retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
