Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage strong team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS systems, basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom safely
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule availability to work nights, weekends, peak season periods, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, fashion, or business education is valued but not required.
