Coach Sales Associate (Part-time) — Sunrise, FL (Sawgrass Mills). Deliver elevated retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling for Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service that reflects the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets by executing cross-selling, upselling and planned client outreach; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Manage transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and maintain accuracy at the cash wrap.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain sales floor presentation and housekeeping standards; follow POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Source and convert new customers through in‑store prospecting and structured follow‑up to maximize conversion.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs and maintain high energy while managing multiple customers.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behaviors accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and the ability to use walkie‑talkies and read price/release sheets.
  • Capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year in sales; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Experience with social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition is a plus.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
