Coach: Part-time Sales Associate in Sunbury, Ohio — deliver luxury client service, omni-channel selling and meet store KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and support visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a professional, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team objectives by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities; social media savvy with experience in social selling or live-stream/video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling in a retail environment.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs are strongly preferred. Familiarity with omni-channel selling, clienteling platforms and social-media-driven commerce is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies or vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
