Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑streaming) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and complete inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized, stocked and compliant with asset‑protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; safely handle physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS (iPad/laptop) and basic retail technology.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Comfort with social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping and clienteling/data acquisition techniques (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, targets‑driven environment and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel and maneuver stockroom and sales floor inventory as required.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; experience in luxury retail, omnichannel selling, or social/live‑stream selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study or retail/fashion coursework is advantageous.
