Coach Sales Associate
Coach (Tapestry) in Springfield, MO (Battlefield Mall) seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury clienteling and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up.
- Drive sales and KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, handle returns/exchanges/online pickups, and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and well stocked.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand training and initiatives.
- Adhere to asset protection, POS and retail policies while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Proficiency operating POS systems (mobile POS) and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, climb, kneel and maneuver stockroom and sales floor.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail background and demonstrable clienteling/sales performance are strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
