Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Southaven, MS – Luxury retail brand ambassador role offering competitive pay ($15–$19.50/hr), benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, maintaining alignment with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual preferences
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations that enhance customer value
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales and build lifetime value
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while sustaining premium service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement according to planograms and directives
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas as required to support collective store performance
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance and engagement
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities organized by Coach
  • Demonstrate openness to feedback, adapt behaviors responsively, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion environments
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to interpret price sheets and product release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule accommodating nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and move throughout sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion sectors. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered. Preferred candidates will demonstrate familiarity with social media trends, live-stream shopping platforms, video product demonstrations, advanced clienteling techniques, and data acquisition methodologies within a luxury retail context.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED); additional retail, fashion, or business education is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
