Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized client interactions through styling consultations, product expertise and active clienteling to build lasting relationships.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations; develop and execute individual sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — Mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickup), manage cash wrap and maintain POS accuracy.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure salesfloor/stockroom organization.
  • Maintain floor energy and multitask across customers and priorities; adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Follow retail policies and asset-protection procedures; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand trainings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computing devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie systems.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in salesfloor and stockroom environments.
  • Preferred: social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition techniques.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
