Coach (Tapestry) in Southaven, MS seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through product expertise, tailored styling, and proactive clienteling to drive repeat purchase and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), operate cash wrap, and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and visual merchandising: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain sales floor and stockroom organization.
- Maintain high-energy, professional presence on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate adaptability.
- Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre around the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic computer functions and walkie-talkie communication.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition skills, with social media savviness and experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping considered an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of performing physically demanding retail tasks and standing for extended periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or boutique experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
