Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and upholding brand standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized, clean and stocked; follow asset-protection and POS procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates across functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and experience using mobile POS.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred; clienteling and data-acquisition capability a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and experience with omni‑channel retail tools is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Somerville, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
