Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interest into purchases.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain floor and stockroom presentation and organization, support visual merchandising standards and adhere to asset protection procedures.
  • Manage simultaneous customer interactions with high energy and professionalism; adapt selling approach to shifting business needs.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to an inclusive, performance-driven team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Operational proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tools; comfortable using mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and store communications (walkie-talkie).
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs dictate.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of frontline retail sales experience is required, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail, omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream shopping experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
