Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with brand standards.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by creating and executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling and upselling strategic recommendations.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments, replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Adhere to loss prevention, POS and company retail policies; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset‑protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong verbal English proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling in stockroom and sales floor environments.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in sales or retail; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social‑selling experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
