Coach Sales Associate position in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport; part-time luxury retail role focusing on client relationships and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, maintaining adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized styling, expert product knowledge, and fashion advisory services
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat patronage
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business requirements
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in clean, organized, and well-stocked condition; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions with efficiency—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement across the sales floor
  • Provide cross-functional support to teammates as required by operational needs
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage sustained team performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain receptiveness to feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and uphold a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, iPad/laptop operation, and basic computer literacy
  • Experience using walkie-talkie systems and ability to interpret price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstration platforms (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition expertise (preferred)

Education
