Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service and delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and client loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Operate omni-channel sales tools: mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture data and convert opportunities.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well-presented, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support colleagues across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and to execute personal sales plans; familiarity with clienteling and CRM best practices.
  • Operational competence with POS systems and basic IT devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS devices and walkie-talkies.
  • Physical ability to work a fast-paced retail environment and perform demands such as lifting ~25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending and manoeuvring the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
