Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Singapore (Jewel Changi Airport) to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated customer service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and informed fashion advice.
- Drive sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture client data and convert repeat purchases.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy; adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs and traffic.
- Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking, and product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised retail environment and adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
- Accept and act on feedback while preserving a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs and deliver against sales plans.
- Comfortable using POS systems and mobile selling tools; experience with iPad/laptop and mobile POS environments.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer‑facing sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using omni‑channel selling tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
