Coach in Singapore seeks a Sales Associate at Changi City Point Outlet — deliver luxury service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach style and service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build and maintain long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and the execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and promote repeat purchases.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy, service standards and professional composure.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising and stockroom organization to ensure the sales floor is stocked, clean and presentation-ready.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviour to improve performance.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, fostering a trust-based environment that encourages team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment and managing multiple priorities while maintaining service standards.

Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
