Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Siheung, South Korea — deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling at the Siheung Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through product knowledge, personalised styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and traditional POS to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short‑form video to acquire customer data and convert engagement into sales.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain high energy and professional presence on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Comfortable using POS systems, mobile POS, iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social media savviness and experience with live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail, omni‑channel selling and clienteling experience are strongly preferred. Experience using mobile POS and executing social or live‑stream selling is advantageous.
