Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards to every client interaction.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up.
- Drive revenue by cross-selling, upselling and delivering tailored product recommendations aligned to individual client needs.
- Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms — including short-form video — to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Proactively source new customers and convert prospects through timely outreach and relationship management.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while adapting selling techniques to traffic and business priorities.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash-wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently across channels (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, transfers).
- Support teammates across functional areas as needed and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS workflows.
- Experience using walkie-talkies; ability to read price and release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video product demos and clienteling is preferred.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities and a customer-first service ethic.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professional presentation and composure.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with luxury retail and omni-channel selling experience preferred; exposure to clienteling, social/live-stream selling and KPI-driven sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
