Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and drive repeat purchases.
- Manage day-to-day store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and organized stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
- Source and follow up with prospective clients to grow the customer base and close sales.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in trainings and brand initiatives, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Accept feedback, adapt behaviours and maintain a calm, professional demeanour in high‑traffic retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre safely in a salesfloor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs require.
- Strong English language proficiency (required).
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail, omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream selling experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China.
