Role & Responsibilities

- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, well‑presented sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt selling techniques to busy periods and manage multiple customers while maintaining high energy and professional composure.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop).
- Demonstrable ability to build client relationships, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
- Physically able to lift ~25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform routine stockroom duties (climb, bend, kneel).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays to meet business needs.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations are preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and professional retail experience will be considered.
