Coach Sales Associate role in Shenzhen offering luxury retail opportunity with omni-channel selling, client relationship building, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to ensure smooth store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
- Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price sheets and release materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Luxury retail background preferred
- Social media awareness and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills preferred
