Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Drive revenue through proactive selling techniques: cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools (Mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Execute daily store operations including transaction processing, inventory receipt and replenishment, visual merchandising and cash‑wrap duties.
  • Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support online order fulfilment (click & collect), returns/exchanges and other transaction types efficiently.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and store-level inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling style to changing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and inventory processes.
  • Experience using clienteling tools and social selling platforms; experience with live‑stream shopping or product video demonstrations is an advantage.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and operate store communications equipment (walkie‑talkie).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.

Experience

At least one year of direct retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated success in omni-channel selling, clienteling and meeting sales KPIs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail or related fields is advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
