Coach Sales Associate — Coach seeks a Sales Associate at Shenzhen MixC Mall to deliver luxury client service and drive omni‑channel sales in Shenzhen.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an on‑floor ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up.
  • Drive individual and store sales by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and support visual merchandising.
  • Support inventory activities: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish floor stock and maintain an organized stockroom.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives, and respond constructively to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and move within the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
