Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute follow-up activities to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels; enforce retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support full inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, demonstrate behavioral adaptability, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS applications (iPad/laptop), and basic computer literacy
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
  • Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition expertise (preferred)
