Coach Sales Associate — Sevierville, TN (part-time). Deliver luxury client service, omnichannel selling and meet store KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by executing cross-selling and upselling strategies and meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions, handle returns/exchanges/online pickups, maintain cash wrap and follow asset-protection procedures.
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving shipments, replenishment, stockroom organization and participation in inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well-organized sales floor; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
- Source and cultivate new customers, follow up to close sales, and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays while maintaining professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping, video demos or short‑form video preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs are preferred. Familiarity with omnichannel selling and social-commerce techniques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
