Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors flexibly, and maintain composure and professionalism in a dynamic retail setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), and the ability to interpret price and product release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital sales channels
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video product demonstrations, or short-form video content (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition experience (preferred)
