Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach's Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; comply with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as needed
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Remain receptive to feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Luxury retail background, social media expertise, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling/data acquisition capabilities (preferred)

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of fashion trends, competitive market awareness, and a track record of meeting sales targets.
