Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain active relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining elevated service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, stock levels, and cleanliness; adhere strictly to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Actively support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Provide collaborative support to teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a trust-based, collaborative team environment and actively encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and equity, inclusion, and diversity activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt professional behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure and professionalism in all situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and market positioning
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS platforms), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to interpret price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Luxury retail background and demonstrated social media expertise (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video content creation, or video product demonstrations (preferred)
  • Proven clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience

Education

Secondary education (or equivalent); additional fashion retail training, certifications, or formal education in hospitality or customer service is valued but not required. A combination of professional experience and relevant coursework will be considered.
